How we work:

• Discover: In this phase we get to know each other and learn about the vision for your upcoming trip, what excites you to travel, your past travel experiences, your travel wish lists, and overall preferences.
• Design: Levering our travel expertise and connections we prepare an itinerary perfectly tailored for you, taking advantage of perks and experiences that cannot be found online. During this phase, you can be as involved or hands off as you like. Once agreed, we book the itinerary with our vendors.
• Support: Your travel advisor is your personal help line, always available both during the planning process and the trip itself, to ensure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. We continue working behind the scenes with our vendors to secure amenities, upgrades or any special requests.
• Welcome back: We want to hear about your trip! From what went specially well to what could have gone better. This way we can make sure we continue to provide excellent service when designing your future vacation.

Fees:

• Travel design fee: $400/week of travel for up to 4 people, an additional $50/person/week thereafter.
• Cruise and all-inclusive resort consultation, recommendation, and booking: $50 to $250 depending on complexity.
• Travel Protection/Insurance: no fee when purchased at the same time of booking the entire trip with Bello.
• No fee for booking individual air, hotel or rental car of your choice
